Beautiful waterfalls and incredible wildlife: escape Bangkok and spend a day immersed in nature in one of Thailand's largest national parks on this tour of Khao Yai.
Khao Yai Tour
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Bangkok for a 3-hour drive to the northeast. Time for a jungle adventure!
On the way, we'll make a brief stop at The Birder's Lodge, where you can buy a coffee before continuing on to Khao Yai National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Once at our destination, we'll start with a hiking tour. Along the way, we'll admire local flora and, if lucky, see some of the animals that inhabit the park such as elephants, gibbons, or deer. After 2 to 3 hours, we will arrive at the Haew Suwat waterfall, the largest in the park. You’ll have about 30 minutes to grab lunch at a nearby cafeteria or small restaurant.
You'll then continue to Haew Narok waterfall, enjoying the scenery before making our way back.
Finally, we'll return to Bangkok and bid farewell at your hotel after 11 hours of sightseeing.
Itinerary Changes
During April and May, visits to Haew Suwat and Haew Narok waterfalls are not available due to the dry season. Instead, after lunch, we will follow a nature trail through the park, arriving at the Nong Phak Chi Observation Tower for panoramic views of the landscape.
Pickup
This tour includes pickup from hotels located at Khaosan Road, Narathiwas Ratnakarin, Sathorn Road (North and South), Pratunam, and Wireless Road. If you're staying outside these areas, we'll contact you after booking to arrange an alternative meeting point.
