Kyzylkum Desert 2-Day Tour

Day 1: Samarkand - Nurota - Kyzylkum

Pickup from your hotel in Samarkand occurs at the scheduled time, followed by a four-hour minibus journey to the Kyzylkum desert. The first stop is Nurota, where we visit the Chashma complex, the ancient Panjvaqta Mosque, the Juma Mosque, and the city's Arabian baths. A traditional lunch will be enjoyed in Nurota.

In the late afternoon, we arrive at the Kyzylkym desert yurt camp for the night. You’ll have time to swim in Aidar Lake before a traditional dinner and a folk show, learning about the desert lifestyle.

Day 2: Kyzylkum - Bukhara - Samarkand

Experience waking up in the desert, followed by breakfast at the yurt camp while enjoying the morning light over Kyzylkum. We will return to Samarkand with a stop in Bukhara for lunch on your own. You can indicate in your reservation whether you wish to conclude the tour in Bukhara or return to Samarkand, where arrival is expected around 5 pm.

The tour includes 1 night's accommodation in a desert yurt camp, featuring spacious tents for 4 people, allowing a close-to-nature experience reminiscent of Central Asian nomads.
