Tour Details

The tour is completely private, including a car, driver, and English-speaking guide from the airport pickup until drop off. Depending on the layover duration, one of the following itineraries can be selected and modified according to preferences.

During the booking process, you can choose between:

5-hour Beijing Tour

Visit locations such as Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City.

6-Hour Great Wall Tour

Explore the Great Wall of China (Mutianyu area).

9-Hour Complete Tour

Visit both the Great Wall of China and the Forbidden City.

Important Info

The total roundtrip takes approximately 1.5 hours, and return to the airport must be 2.5 hours before flight departure. Therefore, the tour duration will be 4 hours less than the layover. For instance, a 5-hour tour suits a 9-hour layover.

This tour is available to and from the Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) only. The tour is not possible from Beijing-Daxing International Airport (PKK).

Monument Schedule

Itineraries are based on visiting the main monuments around Beijing:

The Forbidden City: High season 8:30 am - 4:30 pm; Low season 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. Visits not possible if arriving after 12 pm or on Mondays. Booking is recommended at least 7 days in advance.The Great Wall of China: 8 am - 5:30 pm. Visits not possible if arriving after 2 pm.
