Beijing & Shanghai Tour Package: 7 Days

Day 1: Beijing

Upon arrival at Beijing airport, we will transfer you to your hotel for three nights. You will have the remainder of the day free.

Day 2: Beijing

After breakfast, we will visit Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, the former Imperial Palace. Lunch will be at a traditional local restaurant. Next, we'll explore the Hutong streets and visit Jingshan Park and a Chinese Tea House. The day concludes at 5:30 pm, allowing you free time to experience Beijing's nightlife.

Day 3: The Great Wall of China - Beijing

We will pick you up at 8:00 am to visit the Great Wall at Mutianyu via cable car. Lunch will be at a local restaurant at 12:30 pm, followed by stops at the National Stadium, National Aquatics Centre, and Pearl Museum. The day ends at 5:30 pm.

Day 4: Beijing - Shanghai

After breakfast, we will head to Beijing train station for a high-speed train to Shanghai, approximately five and a half hours. Upon arrival, a guide will meet you and take you to your hotel for the day free.

Day 5: Shanghai

At 9:00 am, we’ll visit Shanghai's historic center and the Yu Garden. After lunch, we will explore Shanghai's Old Street, visit the Silk Museum, walk along the Bund, and visit the Shanghai History Museum. We will return to your hotel at around 5:30 pm.

Day 6: Shanghai

After breakfast, we will visit Zhujiajiao Water Town. You'll have free time for exploration or a boat tour. After lunch, we will return to the hotel.

Day 7: Shanghai

You have the day free to explore Shanghai, and we will meet based on your flight departure to take you to the airport.

Important Information

You will need a flight arriving in Beijing and departing from Shanghai, with a week in between. During the high-speed train journey, no guide will accompany you, but one will be waiting in Shanghai.

Meals

Four lunch meals are included; exceptions are the first, fourth, and last days. Breakfast is included for all six nights.
