Private Tour Details

Having picked you up from your hotel at the indicated time, we'll head to our first stop, the Temple of Heaven, one of the main sacred spaces in China, once used by the emperor to give thanks for current and future harvests.

The second stop will be the Forbidden City, the largest and best-conserved imperial residence in China. This was home to 24 Chinese emperors for more than 500 years. We'll tour the most historically significant parts of the palace complex, learning about its history and enjoying the tales hidden within its walls.

After lunch, we'll make our way to the final stop of the day: the Summer Palace. The Summer Palace served as the imperial garden over several dynasties, used to escape the heat of the Forbidden City in summer.

We'll conclude our tour by dropping you back to your hotel or an alternate location of your preference.
