Summer Palace & Temple of Heaven Private Tour

On this tour, we'll explore two significant monuments in Beijing: the Summer Palace and the Temple of Heaven, with an opportunity to visit the Pearl Market.

Summer Palace & Temple of Heaven

After hotel pickup, we will proceed to the Summer Palace, a vast area of over 290 hectares historically used by Qing dynasty emperors to escape summer heat. The visit includes exploration of key areas while learning about their history.

Following the visit, there will be a break for lunch at a location of your choice.

In the afternoon, we will visit the Temple of Heaven, a significant sacred structure where emperors offered sacrifices and prayed for harvests. The surrounding park is also notable for its activities, where locals engage in tai chi, card games, kite flying, and dance classes.

Our last stop will be the Pearl Market, adjacent to the temple, offering a variety of clothes, accessories, jewelry, and replicas.

The tour will conclude with return to your hotel or an alternative location 8 hours after pickup. In winter, or during summer when the tour ends early, we will include a visit to the Beijing Olympic Village.
