The day begins at the Temple of Heaven, built in 1420 during the Ming dynasty. This site was where emperors performed ceremonies for good harvests, and its design reflects the connection between Heaven and Earth in Chinese cosmology. You will see the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, the Circular Mound Altar, and the Imperial Vault of Heaven.

In the afternoon, the tour continues to the Summer Palace, which combines lake and mountain landscapes with traditional Chinese garden artistry. Notable features include Kunming Lake, Longevity Hill, and various pavilions and bridges.
