At the indicated time, we'll meet at the entrance of the Convento Oreja Winery to learn about the culture of wine in Peñafiel.

First, we'll stroll through the winery's vineyards. We will cover details of vine growing and the subsequent harvest. Afterward, we'll enter the Convento Oreja's rooms to review the winemaking processes.

We will explore the storage and processing rooms and reach the bottling process. We will conclude with a tasting of three wines from the winery: Convento Oreja Roble, Convento Oreja Crianza, and Convento Oreja Reserva, paired with a Peñafiel cheese tapa.

After 1.5 hours focused on these wines, we'll conclude the visit at the meeting point.
