At the indicated time, we will meet at the entrance of the Convent Oreja Winery to begin our visit focused on the culture of wine in Peñafiel.

First, we will stroll through the winery's vineyards, discussing vine growing and the subsequent harvest. After exploring the vineyards, we will enter the Convento Oreja facilities to review the winemaking processes.

We will examine the storage and processing rooms and proceed to the bottling process. To conclude, we will taste three wines produced at the winery: Convento Oreja Roble, Convento Oreja Crianza, and Convento Oreja Reserva, all accompanied by a Peñafiel cheese tapa.

After 1.5 hours of learning about these wines, we will end the visit at the meeting point.
