If you want to discover one of the hidden jewels of La Hermida, you can't miss its fantastic spa! You'll take a 1 hour and 20 minute tour of the mineral-medicinal waters of La Hermida and pamper yourself with up to 18 different techniques. You'll leave in a state of absolute relaxation!

Throughout this circuit, you'll have access to the following spa facilities: the humid therm, the bi-thermal walking bath, the dry heat sauna, the cold immersion baths, the spring steamer, the cold mist, the Jacuzzi, a set of five showers, and a very complete dynamic pool.

Also, the waters of La Hermida have therapeutic properties. They are hyperthermal sodium chloride waters from 3 springs that run at temperatures of between 55 and 60 degrees.

La Hermida spa is open every day of the week from 9 am to 12 pm and from 4:30 pm to 6 pm.
