Caves, cliffs, and deep turquoise waters... Take this ferry and discover the dreamy landscapes of Berlenga Grande Island, an unknown paradise in Portugal.
Berlenga Grande Ferry
We'll meet at the Marina de Peniche and take the ferry to Berlenga Grande, the largest island of the archipelago and the only one of the three that can be visited.
Once we board the ferry, we'll sail across the Atlantic towards the archipelago of the Berlengas Islands. The journey will take about 45 minutes, during which we'll admire the views of arches, grottoes, rocks, and islets.
These islands are a protected area and were appointed as a Biosphere Reserve by Unesco. Upon reaching the mainland, you'll have about three hours of free time to explore Berlenga Grande.
You can explore the island and discover the many animals and plants native to this area. This island is also known for several shipwrecks that occurred on its shores throughout the centuries.
After approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes, we'll return to the Peniche Marina.
