This surf lesson in Peniche will start at the time of your choice on Praia Baleal beach and last for two to five hours, depending on your booking.

Peniche is known for its Atlantic waves, ideal for surfing. After receiving basic guidelines from the instructor on the beach, participants will enter the water to find the best waves.

The lesson will be tailored to the experience and ability of each group member, ensuring everyone can participate in surfing. It's normal to fall initially, as surfing requires practice, but soon you'll be riding the waves confidently.

At the end of the activity, the surfing equipment will be returned to Praia Baleal.
