Departure is at 8:30 am from the Peñíscola Tourist Office via minibus to Castellón de la Plana. The journey lasts just over an hour.

The first stop is El Grao de Castellón, where visitors can explore the city's seafaring traditions while enjoying views of the lighthouse, fishing port, and marina.

Next, we proceed to the historic centre of Castellón de la Plana, including a visit to the Museum of Fine Arts, which showcases Valencian ceramics, oil paintings from Zurbarán's workshop, and sculptures.

Following the museum, the tour visits the Monday market, featuring over 300 open-air stalls.

Subsequent stops include the Cathedral of Santa María la Mayor, where the history of the building, affected by fire and the Spanish Civil War, is discussed. Adjacent to the church is the El Fadrí bell tower, nearly 60 metres high.

The day trip concludes back in Peñíscola at 2 pm.
