Morella Trip

At 9 am, we'll meet up at the Peniscola Tourist Office and board a minibus to head to Morella. This village is considered one of the most beautiful in Spain.

We'll begin to explore the town by visiting the gate of San Miguel and heading into the historic centre of Morella. The oldest part of the town features many stately homes, ancient buildings, and charming cobbled streets.

As a recognized product of Morella is honey, we'll visit an artisanal honey shop to learn about the production process.

Next, we'll go to the Basilica of Morella to appreciate its Valencian Gothic architecture from the 13th and 14th centuries.

The trip will conclude at the Morella Castle. We'll discuss the history of the castle before you have 1 hour of free time to explore the castle or have lunch at a local restaurant.

Finally, we'll return to Peniscola by minibus, with arrival scheduled for 6:30 pm.
