Valencia Day Trip
Your adventure begins at the Peñíscola Tourist Office at 8:30 am, where you will board a comfortable bus destined for Valencia, one of the most significant cities in Spain. After approximately an hour and 45 minutes on the road, we will arrive ready to embark on a comprehensive tour of its modern district.
We will start with a one-hour bus journey, admiring the striking exteriors of landmarks such as the City of Arts and Sciences, the Palau de la Música, and various other stunning "third millennium buildings".
Next, our excursion will lead us to the historic center of Valencia. Here, we will engage in a guided walking tour to uncover its rich history, showcased through significant sites like the Central Market, the Church of Santos Juanes, and the Estación del Norte.
We will also visit the renowned Lonja de la Seda, admiring its stunning architecture, before making our way to the Cathedral of Valencia. A little trivia: the cathedral’s bell tower is commonly referred to as the Torre del Micalet.
At 1 pm, the afternoon will be yours to savor the exquisite cuisine of Valencia and further explore the city’s captivating attractions.
