At the appointed time, we'll meet at the entrance of Château Pape Clément to start a guided tour to learn the secrets of Pessac wine.

We'll enter Château Pape Clément, a place with more than seven centuries of history that, with 32 hectares of vineyards included in the Pessac-Léognan Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC), has managed to produce some of the best wines in the region.

During the visit, we'll explore the different rooms of this Aquitaine winery and learn about the winemaking process. We'll see the wooden barrels where the wine ages and discover the peculiarities of its production and how traditions are maintained in this château.
