At the appointed time, we'll meet at the entrance of Château Pape Clément to start a guided tour to learn the secrets of Pessac wine. We will enter Château Pape Clément, which has over seven centuries of history and includes 32 hectares of vineyards in the Pessac-Léognan Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC). The estate produces some of the best wines in the region. During the visit, we'll explore different rooms of this Aquitaine winery and learn about the winemaking process. We will view the wooden barrels where the wine ages and discover the production peculiarities and traditions maintained in this château.
