Visit the ancient capital of the Nabataeans in the desert on this tour of Petra, one of the great archaeological sites of Jordan.

Tour of Petra

We'll pick you up at the indicated time at your hotel in Petra or Wadi Musa, then travel to the ancient capital of the Nabataeans. The tour will begin by riding into the great Siq or Petra Gorge, known for its appearance in the movie Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.

Once through the gorge, we will admire the facade of the Khazné or Treasury of Petra, thought to be an ancient mausoleum. After a three to four-hour guided tour, you'll have free time to continue your visit to Petra, including the royal tombs of the Nabataeans.

After the tour, we'll head to a local restaurant where you will have an hour free for lunch. Finally, we will return to your hotel, with arrival scheduled after 9 - 10 hours of activity.

This activity includes pickup from hotels in Petra and Wadi Musa. If you're staying in Little Petra, on the day of the tour, you will pay an additional fee, depending on the number of people.
