Ordum Brewery Visit

On this guided tour of the Ordum brewery, we will discover the brewing process of one of the most famous craft beers in Asturias and taste some of the beer.

At the indicated time, we will meet at the entrance of the Ordum Brewery to start this tour focused on the production of craft beers.

We will learn that Ordum beer contains a secret ingredient from Piloña and that its name derives from the Latin "hordeum". The tour begins with a brief introduction about its origins and the history of the building.

Next, we will enter the brewery to understand the brewing process and the varieties of Ordum beer. The visit will cover the careful selection of ingredients, treatment, and fermentation that contribute to its unique taste and aroma.

We will also discuss the history of the old spa of Borines to gain insight into the Asturian tradition. The tour will conclude with a tasting of some Ordum beers.
