Dragonja Valley Hiking Tour
At 9 am, pickup will be at your hotel in Portoro, and we will head to the Dragonja Valley for a day immersed in Slovenian nature.
The trek will start as we disembark the minibus, traversing this river valley filled with unspoiled nature. We will discuss the significance of the Dragonja River, which flows through the northern part of the Istrian Peninsula and into the Gulf of Piran.
The route includes visits to the salt lakes of Se?ovlje, the mills of Mazurin and Kodarin, as well as various waterfalls in the valley. We will make stops to admire the views of the Julian Alps, Trieste, and Portorož.
A stop will be made in a small village to enjoy a meal featuring traditional dishes. Afterward, we will return to the bus and head back to Portoro, with an expected arrival time of 2:30 pm.
