Your journey begins at 9 am with a hotel pickup in Portoro, as we head towards the enchanting Dragonja Valley, immersing ourselves in the splendor of Slovenian nature!

Upon arrival, we will disembark from the minibus and commence a trek through this picturesque river valley, where untouched nature and breathtaking vistas await. Throughout the hike, you will learn about the significance of the Dragonja River, which meanders through the northern area of the Istrian Peninsula, eventually flowing into the Gulf of Piran.

The trail leads to the Se?ovlje salt lakes, passing by the ancient Mazurin and Kodarin mills, alongside various waterfalls nestled within the valley. We will pause at several scenic viewpoints to take in the spectacular sights of the Julian Alps, Triste, and Portorož.

A visit to a charming village will provide an opportunity to savor a meal featuring local cuisine. Fully re-energized, we will return to the bus for our trip back to Portoro, with an expected arrival around 2:30 pm.
