Istria Food Tour

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Portorož at 9 am and start this tour in search of the delicious flavours of the Istrian peninsula.

The first destination will be Hum, the smallest city in the world, where we'll explore its streets searching for biska, a typical brandy made with spices unique to this location.

Next, we will travel to Motovun, a medieval town known for its notable monuments, including the bell tower of St. Stephen's Church. Here, we will learn about the white truffle, a culinary highlight of the area.

At a local restaurant, we will participate in a cooking activity, preparing a dish using local ingredients, which we will taste later. The dish will feature truffle and wine.

Finally, we will visit Grožnjan, notable for its wine and olive industries and numerous art galleries.

We'll return to Portorož at about 5 pm.
