Istria Food Tour

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Portorož at 9 am and start this tour in search of the delicious flavours of the Istrian peninsula.

The first destination will be Hum, known as the smallest city in the world. We'll explore its streets in search of biska, a typical brandy made with spices, which is exclusively produced in Hum.

Next, we will travel to Motovun, a medieval town featuring monuments like the bell tower of St. Stephen's Church. While walking its cobbled streets, we will learn about the white truffle, a local delicacy.

At a local restaurant, we'll learn to prepare a dish using typical products, including the truffle and wine.

Finally, we’ll arrive at Grožnjan, a village renowned for its wine and olive industry, as well as numerous art galleries.

We will return to Portorož at about 5 pm.
