Lipica & Skocjan Caves Tour

After picking you up from your hotel in Portorož at 9 am, we will drive to Lipica, located about 40 minutes away. This town is the birthplace of the famous Lipizzaner white horses.

Upon arrival in Lipica, we will visit one of the most important stud farms in the country to learn about these horses, one of Slovenia's emblematic symbols. You'll learn about their daily care, feeding, and see their living environment.

During the tour of the Lipica stud farm, you will have time to get up close to the Lipizzaner horses, visit the Lipikum Museum, and optionally attend a horse show.

After the farm tour, we will proceed to the Skocjan Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known as "the Underground Grand Canyon". Inside this cave system, you will observe the karst formations formed along the Reka River.

At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back off at your hotel in Portorož at 2 pm.
