Lipica & Skocjan Caves Tour

After picking you up from your hotel in Portorož at 9 am, we'll drive to Lipica, located about 40 minutes away. This town is the birthplace of the famous Lipizzaner white horses.

Upon arrival in Lipica, we'll enter one of the most important stud farms in the country to learn about these horses, one of Slovenia's emblematic symbols. We'll discover how they're cared for, fed, and see their living environment.

During the tour of the Lipica stud farm, you'll have time to get close to the Lipizzaner horses, visit the Lipikum Museum, and optionally attend a horse show.

After the tour of the farm, we'll head to the Skocjan Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known as "the Underground Grand Canyon." Inside this cave system, we'll view the karst formations developed along the Reka River.

At the end of the tour, you'll be dropped back off at your hotel in Portorož at 2 pm.
