Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle Day Trip

Pickup is at your hotel in Piran at 9 am, followed by a drive in a minibus to Postojna. The first destination is the Postojna Cave, regarded as one of the most beautiful caves globally.

Upon arrival, we will explore the cave for an hour, observing various rock formations, including 5-meter-long stark white stalagmites.

We will continue our exploration on a little train, which will transport us to areas inaccessible by foot. Highlights include Murano glass chandeliers, a ballroom, and olms, known as the 'dragon's offspring'.

Next, we will visit Predjama Castle, a medieval fortress situated on a cliff. This location is rich in legends, including the story of Erasmus of Predjama, the Slovenian Robin Hood.

After the tour concludes, we will return to Piran and drop you off at your hotel around 2 pm.
