Pickup from your hotel in Portorož is at 9 am. The journey to the Postojna Cave, located 44 miles northeast past the Slovenia border, will commence.

In the Postojna Cave, you will see remarkable rock formations, including stalactites and stalagmites, and meet the unique olms, known as the 'dragon's offspring'.

The cave exploration includes a ride on a little train to see highlights such as the Murano glass chandeliers and the ballroom.

After approximately 90 minutes, the tour continues to Predjama Castle, a fortress over 120 meters high, recognized as the only cave castle in Europe still standing and the largest carved rock castle globally.

Located a fifteen-minute drive from the Postojna Cave, visitors will explore various rooms while learning about the legend of Erasmus of Predjama, often referred to as the Slovenian Robin Hood.
