Hiking at Cascada do Abade and Parque dos Pirineus

Description

At the indicated time, we will leave your hotel in Pirenópolis and proceed to the Trilha do Vale hiking route.

We will start a 4.5 km (2.8 miles) medium-difficulty hiking route. Our first stop will be Cascada do Abade waterfall, one of the most visited in the region, standing at 22 meters (72 feet) tall with a crystal-clear pool surrounded by lush vegetation.

After admiring this waterfall, we will continue to other nearby waterfalls, including Cânion, Landi, and Sossego. Then, we will take a break to enjoy the lunch you have brought. Following lunch, we will continue walking to the Parque dos Pireneus.

In this protected area, we will head to Pico dos Pirineus, which is 1,300 meters (4,265 feet) tall and the highest mountain in Goiás. From its peak, you can enjoy an unforgettable sunset.

Finally, we will walk back to the starting point of the hike. The vehicle will be waiting to take you back to Pirenópolis, with an expected return to your hotel 6 hours after the initial pickup.
