Rosario Waterfall Hiking Tour

Natural pools and an exuberant landscape await us on this hiking tour to the Rosario Waterfall, one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the state of Goiás.

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll collect you from your hotel in Pirenópolis and head north towards the hiking trail.

Upon arrival at the trail, we'll hike approximately 1.6 kilometres (0.99 miles) at a moderate difficulty. This route showcases the diverse flora and fauna in Goiás, known for its biodiversity.

We will follow the path of stones to the Rosario Waterfall, which stands 42 metres (137 ft.) tall. After taking in the waterfall's beauty and sounds, we will proceed to the natural pool where the waterfall's waters converge.

At this location, we will take a short break for a refreshing dip followed by lunch, for which you should bring a picnic. After eating, we'll explore further around the waterfall to uncover additional treasures.

Finally, we'll return to the start of the trail and make our way back to Pirenópolis, with an expected return time of around 6 hours.
