Pisa Cathedral, Baptistery & Leaning Tower Tour Itinerary
After meeting your guide by the Porta Santa Maria archway, you'll enter the Piazza dei Miracoli, a significant architectural complex. You will pass by the Camposanto before visiting the Pisa Cathedral, known as the Duomo. Here, you'll learn about its construction from the 11th century and admire its artworks, including mosaics and intricate frescoes.
Following the Duomo, a guided tour of the Baptistery will take place, the largest Catholic baptistery globally and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Your 2-hour tour will conclude at the Leaning Tower of Pisa, where your guide will explain its history and architectural features. If booked, tickets to the Museo delle Sinopie and the Museo Opera del Duomo will be provided for self-exploration after the tour.
Climb the Leaning Tower of Pisa
When reserving, you can choose to include a climb of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. This option adds another hour to enjoy views from the top of the bell tower. Select this option to participate.
Children under 8
For safety reasons, children under 8 are not permitted to climb the leaning tower.
Visit to the Baptistery
Access to the Baptistery may be restricted during baptisms or renovations; in such cases, a visit to the Monumental Cemetery of Pisa will occur instead.

During the 2025 Jubilee, the Cathedral may have limited access, with explanations provided externally on Sundays.
