Paragliding over Aranjuez

Just 30 minutes away from Puntarenas, you can go paramotoring above Aranjuez and discover the Nicoya Peninsula from the air!

What to Expect

At the indicated time, you should be at the Aeroclub de Aranjuez, in the province of Puntarenas. You'll receive brief introductions from the instructor at the take-off runway. Afterwards, you'll get on the paramotor and take flight.

Aranjuez and the Nicoya Peninsula will be below. From the skies, you'll take in panoramic views of the coast and the mountains. The mangroves of Puntarenas and the harbour will also be visible, offering a different perspective from above.

Weather permitting, you'll fly just above the clouds. The area's proximity to an animal refuge will allow for potential sightings of various exotic animal species, including the scarlet macaw.

After 15 or 20 minutes of paramotoring over Aranjuez, you will land at the starting point to conclude the activity.
