We will meet at the scheduled location and time before heading to Monfragüe National Park to begin our tour. After a 20-minute bus journey, we will arrive at this renowned nature spot where we will start a hike through the Mediterranean forest and the pasturelands of Cáceres, both conserved as a biosphere reserve.

During the approximately 4-hour tour, you will witness the beautiful valley formed by the Tiétar and Tajo rivers. You will see different species of birds of prey gliding through the skies above Monfragüe. Whether you are a birdwatching enthusiast or not, you will enjoy this walk in one of Europe’s ecological treasures.

Here it is possible to see black swans, Egyptian vultures, black vultures, peregrine falcons, and imperial eagles with the optical equipment we provide. At the end of the trip, we will return to the center of Plasencia.
