On this trip to Monfragüe, you will spend a day in nature and discover the species of birds in one of the most scenic settings in Extremadura.

Monfragüe Tour

We will meet at the scheduled location and time before heading to Monfragüe National Park to begin our tour.

After a 20-minute bus journey, we will arrive at this nature spot, known for its impressive Mediterranean forest and the pasturelands of Cáceres, protected as a biosphere reserve. During the approximately 4-hour tour, you will experience the beautiful valley formed by the Tiétar and Tajo rivers and observe various species of birds of prey gliding through the skies above Monfragüe.

Participants will have the opportunity to see black swans, Egyptian vultures, black vultures, peregrine falcons, and imperial eagles using the optical equipment provided. At the end of the trip, we will return to the center of Plasencia.
