We'll pick you up at your hotel in Neuquén at 10 am to head towards the city of General Roca, located on the banks of the Negro River.

In less than an hour, we'll arrive in this town where agriculture and gastronomy play a significant role. Do you want to know why? You'll have to come along to find out!

First, we'll visit the Humberto Canale winery, operational for over 100 years. We'll take a tour of its facilities and crops, accompanied by a tasting of its renowned wines.

The next stop will be at the BonFrut factory, specialised in producing apple paste chocolates. This fruit is one of the most important raw materials in Río Negro.

To conclude our gastronomic tour of General Roca, we'll visit Gennari, where the star products are dried and dehydrated fruits and nuts.

Finally, we'll leave General Roca and return to Neuquén, arriving at 4 pm.
