Neuquén Olive Groves Tour + Olive Oil Tasting

Would you like to taste the exquisite 'liquid gold' of the Argentinean Patagonia? Join us on this tour through the olive groves of Neuquén, which includes an oil tasting with an aperitif. We'll learn how to extract all the nuances of this product by tasting seven different varieties.

Neuquén Olive Groves Tour + Olive Oil tasting

At 1 pm we'll pick you up at your hotel in Neuquén and head north to explore the meadows of the province, full of olive groves.

We'll spend the morning visiting an olive oil cooperative to learn about the secrets and stages of production and bottling of this so-called 'liquid gold'.

We'll walk through the olive groves and afterwards, we'll do an oil tasting. We'll taste a total of seven varieties, discovering their nuances and combining their flavour with regional breads, cheeses and vegetables.

After enjoying the route through the olive groves, we'll return to the minibus. If you do the tour in summer, we'll go to the banks of the Neuquén River, where you'll have 30 minutes of free time to refresh yourselves.

Afterwards, we'll visit an agrotourism centre, where you'll have an hour free to have a snack and stroll among the apple, raspberry, and cherry orchards.

We'll finish the activity at 4 pm, arriving back at your hotel.
