On this tour through the wineries of Rio Negro , we will learn about the production process of Argentinian wine. Welcome to the cradle of Patagonian wine!

Rio Negro Wineries Tour

We will pick you up at your hotel in Neuquén to start the tour through the wineries of Río Negro.

The Alto Valle de Río Negro is where most wines in the region are produced, known as the cradle of Patagonian wine. Its vineyards and river waters make it ideal for cultivating argentinean wines.

During the visit, we will explore two of the most renowned wineries in the valley, depending on availability. One option may be the Humberto Canale Winery, where we will see the production rooms.

Other options include the Miras, Agrestis, or Gennari wineries, most of which are over 100 years old. We will conclude the guided tour with a tasting of three wines at the two wineries visited.

If you have an appetite, you can have lunch on your own at nearby restaurants, enjoying typical Rio Negro dishes. On the return, we will make a short visit to the Municipal Protected Natural Area Paso Córdoba.

After six hours of activity, we will finish our tour back at your hotel in Neuquén.
