On this excursion to Vaca Muerta, we'll travel to an important oil field in Argentina and visit the vineyards of Neuquén.

We'll pick you up at your hotel at 9 am to start a sightseeing tour of Neuquén, the capital of the province.

Then, we will proceed to the Vaca Muerta oil field, located in the Patagonian plateau within the regions of Neuquén and south of Mendoza. This geological formation is known for oil and gas extraction, and will provide insights into its operational processes. This site has also sparked controversy regarding its extraction methods.

After visiting Vaca Muerta, we will pass through the vineyards of Neuquén, which are recognized for their emerging wineries and wine tourism. We will see some of the notable vineyards in Patagonia and, if desired, there will be an option to stop at a vineyard for lunch at their restaurant.

We will then return to Neuquén, concluding the tour at your hotel by 4 pm.
