Boat Trip & Mussel Tasting on the Ría de Pontevedra

At your selected time, we will meet at the port in Combarro, where the boat will be ready for our cruise on the Ría de Pontevedra. The underwater viewing area of this modern boat allows you to see the marine life in the estuary.

During the cruise, you will observe wooden platforms known as 'bateas' and learn about their purpose.

Halfway through, we will view Tambo Island, which has remnants of Iron Age settlements and a lighthouse famous for its spiral staircase.

As we sail, we will discuss the cultivation of mussels, oysters, and scallops, three typical Galician delicacies.

To conclude our boat trip, we will enjoy a tasting of mussels and Galician wine before returning to Combarro port.

This activity requires a minimum group of 10 people. Reservations can be made up to the departure time of the boat, so if the minimum group size is not met, it will not be possible to inform you in advance.
