Paragliding in Pokhara

After pickup at your hotel in Pokhara at the scheduled time, you will be taken to the outskirts of the city for equipment distribution necessary to paraglide. Once equipped with a helmet and harness, you will be prepared for takeoff.

Each paraglider accommodates two people: your experienced pilot, who will control the flight, and you as a passenger. Even if this is your first time paragliding, your focus will be on enjoying the panoramic views from the air. The flight over Pokhara provides exceptional views of the lush valleys in this region of Nepal.

You will fly over Phewa Lake, where you can see Buddhist and Hindu temples along its banks, including a small temple on an islet. Throughout the flight, the dramatic peaks of the Himalayas, including the Annapurna Massif and Machhapuchhre, will be visible in the distance. The paragliding experience will conclude with a landing in a designated safe zone on the outskirts of the city, followed by transportation back to your hotel, totaling approximately 3 hours.

A friendly tip

It is recommended to book your paragliding flight well in advance. This allows for rescheduling to another day with better visibility in case of adverse weather conditions.
