On this day trip to the Sarangkot coffee plantations from Pokhara, we will meet local farmers who will share the secrets of organic coffee during our village tour.

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Pokhara and proceed to the coffee plantations of Sarangkot. Our first stop is Lakeside, where we will stroll along the shores of Phewa Lake, observing local fishermen and enjoying views of the surrounding rice terraces.

Next, we will embark on a two-hour uphill hike to a village that hosts a vibrant community of coffee producers. We will explore the village and the nearby coffee plantations on foot. During our journey, we will visit a local bee farm to taste the on-site honey.

We will also learn about the local women's cooperatives involved in crafting recyclable handicrafts. Engage with them and visit their store for handmade souvenirs.

We will delve into the coffee plantations, exploring the methods used for cultivating high-quality coffee. Depending on the season, we may observe arabica coffee plants flowering or local coffee growers planting or harvesting.

Additionally, we will explore the coffee processing center in Khadkathar to witness coffee seed processing stages, including hulling, sorting, and drying.

The day will conclude with a local lunch served at the farm. We will then return to Pokhara, dropping you off at your hotel 5.5 hours later.
