Description

At the designated time, we will meet at Cala Paura and equip ourselves with the diving equipment to commence the activity.

Before diving, we will conduct a brief theoretical class covering basic safety rules, usage of diving equipment, and underwater communication signs.

Following this, we will dive accompanied by an instructor, applying what we have learned while exploring Polignano a Mare's waters. We will experience a state of tranquility and weightlessness underwater, observing the local sea vegetation and wildlife.

We will gradually return to the surface and replenish our energy with a snack of various canapes, juices, and fresh fruit.

After 3 hours of the introduction to diving, we will conclude the session and say our goodbyes at the starting point.
