Do you want to learn scuba diving in Apulia? This diving introduction in Polignano a Mare combines theory and practice for an immersive experience in the Adriatic Sea.

We will meet at Cala Paura at the scheduled time, where we will gear up with the diving equipment to start the activity.

Before diving, a brief theoretical class will cover basic safety rules, equipment usage, and underwater communication signs.
