The tour begins at Porta Marina Superiore, the entrance to the ruins of Pompeii. From this point, we will take a minibus to Mount Vesuvius.

As we ascend, the volcanic landscape reveals its features, including lava formations, ash, and pumice stones amidst vegetation. The Romans regarded Vesuvius as the sacred home of Hercules.

Upon reaching the volcano's crater, participants can enjoy views of the Bay of Naples while learning about the significant eruption of August 79 and the ongoing studies monitoring the volcano's activity.

The tour concludes with a descent from the volcano, returning to the starting point after a total duration of 3 hours.
