At the arranged time, our team will collect you from Portas do Mar Marina and transport you to Faial da Terra, a picturesque locale on São Miguel, where your hiking journey will commence.

Your walk will take you through lush vegetation and mountainous terrain, leading to Sanguinho, a once-abandoned village revived in the 1970s to preserve its historic allure. Following this, you’ll progress to the Salto do Prego waterfall, where you can take time to relax, swim if you wish, and enjoy a well-deserved picnic featuring sandwiches, cake, fruit, juice, and water.

Post-lunch, we’ll return to Faial da Terra, granting you some leisure time to wander around the charming old fishing harbor before we head to Nordeste.
