At the designated time, we will meet at Marina Pêro de Teive and board a speedboat to sail along the south coast of the island. Look forward to seeing dolphins.

During the journey, a guide specialized in the wildlife of the Azores will explain the habits of the whales, dolphins, and other marine mammals in this part of the Atlantic Ocean. Participants will learn about their way of life and have the opportunity to observe them swimming close to the boat.

Discover how marine mammals in São Miguel utilize ocean currents to navigate their journeys across the Atlantic, typically swimming alongside others of their species. After this experience, the boat will return to the port of Ponta Delgada.
