In this quad tour around São Miguel, we'll enjoy the lush nature of the Azores Islands in a unique, fun, and exciting route!

São Miguel Quad Tour

When you book, you can choose between a 4-hour and an 8-hour tour. In both cases, we'll meet at the chosen time at Rua Eng Alberto Rodrigues de Ponta Delgada.

4-Hour Tour

We'll set off from Ponta Delgada and head northwest to the Sete Cidades Massif, riding our quads along the edge of this volcanic crater. Stops will be made to admire the landscape, including the twin lakes of Lagoa das Sete Cidades. At the end of the tour, we'll return south to São Miguel.

8-Hour Tour

In the 8-hour tour, we'll follow the same itinerary as the 4-hour tour. After visiting Sete Cidades, we will head to Baía do Silencio for a panoramic view of São Miguel. A buffet lunch will follow at a local restaurant. We'll then continue to Ponta da Ferraria before returning to São Miguel.

Requirements

Each quad can hold a maximum of 2 people: a pilot and a passenger. Both can drive during the tour if requirements are met. To drive, you must be over 18 years old and hold an in-date driving license valid in Portugal. A credit card deposit of 500 EUR per vehicle is required before the tour, returned 72 hours after. Prices are per vehicle, not per person.

Minibus Tour

If the group exceeds 8 people, we'll take the same route described in the itinerary section by minibus.
