On this bike tour through Sete Cidades, we'll cycle along dirt tracks, viewpoints, and lakes, making it a spectacular spot in São Miguel.

Sete Cidades Bike Tour

We will meet at the Sete Cidades football pitch to start the bike tour, discovering the natural landscapes of São Miguel Island.

First, we'll head towards the famous Azul and Verde lakes, crossing the bridge that divides them and enjoying the views.

We'll also pass by Baía do Silencio and climb to the viewpoints of Lagoa do Santiago and Cerrado das Freiras for magnificent views of the Sete Cidades parish.

The tour continues at the Vista do Rei viewpoint, followed by a ride along the Cumeeira Pequena trail, which includes some steep slopes for skill testing.

Next, we will stop at the Lomba do Vasco viewpoint. To conclude the tour, we’ll bike into the historic centre of Sete Cidades, passing by notable sites such as São Nicolau Church.

Finally, we'll return to the starting point, ending the tour after 4 hours.
