Sete Cidades Bike Tour

On this bike tour through Sete Cidades, we'll cycle along dirt tracks, viewpoints, and lakes, exploring the natural landscapes of São Miguel Island.

We will meet at the Sete Cidades football pitch to begin our tour. Our first destination will be the famous Azul and Verde lakes, where we will see the views from the bridge that divides them.

Next, we will pass by Baía do Silencio and ascend to the viewpoints of Lagoa do Santiago and Cerrado das Freiras, which offer views of the scenery in Sete Cidades.

The tour will continue to the Vista do Rei viewpoint before we ride along the Cumeeira Pequena trail, which features steep slopes for a challenging ride.

We will stop at the Lomba do Vasco viewpoint and conclude the tour in the historic centre of Sete Cidades, including a visit to São Nicolau Church.

The entire bike tour lasts 4 hours, after which we will return to the starting point.
