At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Ponta Delgada and head by minibus to the east of São Miguel, where we'll begin exploring hiking trails full of vegetation. Ready to discover the beauty of Sete Cidades?

We'll climb to one of the highest points on São Miguel: the Serra Devassa. The effort will be worth it.

We'll take a stroll along the trail that leads to the Grota do Inferno, with views above the Sete Cidades Lake, a lagoon formed in the crater of a volcano. Two different colored sides can be observed: one green and one blue.

After enjoying the panoramic view of Sete Cidades, we'll head back to Ponta Delgada via a different route, where we'll see several springs along the way. We'll make a brief stop at the Vista del Rey viewpoint for one of the best views on this island of the Azores.

We'll drop you off at Ponta Delgada after 3.5 hours together.

This tour includes pick-up from hotels in Ponta Delgada. If you're staying elsewhere on the island, you'll need to go on your own at 9 am to Marina Pêro De Teive, Avenida João Bosco Mota Amaral, in Ponta Delgada.
