Pontevedra Tour + Vigo Christmas Lights

In this tour of Pontevedra, we'll discover its historic centre and travel by boat to see the Christmas lights of Vigo.

Tour Details

After meeting at the designated time, we'll start a tour around Pontevedra. We'll begin a guided tour of the old town of Pontevedra, passing through the cobbled streets of the Plazas de La Verdura, La Leña, La Herrería, and La Peregrina. We will stop at key monuments including the Iglesia de Santa María, the Convent of San Francisco, and the Capilla de la Peregrina. Afterward, we’ll travel to Moaña, a fishing village in the Ría de Vigo. We will take a boat to Vigo, seeing the Cíes Islands and the village of Cangas along the way.

Upon arrival in Vigo, we'll explore the historic centre with 4 hours of free time on Calle Príncipe to enjoy the Christmas lights of Vigo, including decorations such as trees, giant baubles, and Christmas markets. We will reconvene at the port of Vigo for the return boat and subsequent transport back to Pontevedra or Santiago de Compostela, with arrival between 8 and 9 hours later.
