Pick-up will occur at 7:40 am from your hotel in Popayán to travel to Puracé National Natural Park, situated in the central mountain range. The journey includes visits to various indigenous villages where you can observe agricultural activities, including the collection of milk in the morning, and view crops like potatoes and strawberries. The impressive western mountain range will also be visible.

By 10 am, arrival at the condor stone is expected, where an offering will be made. From this location, you will have an opportunity to watch the Andean condors from a proximity of 8 metres (26 feet) for at least an hour.

The tour will proceed through the valley of the frailejones, a native plant that grows one centimetre per year. Additional highlights include the Bedón waterfall at 3600 metres (11811 feet) and a viewpoint of the Andulbio lagoon.

Next, we will visit the Pozo de los Deseos in Danta before arriving at the thermal baths of San Juan for relaxation. The tour concludes with a typical lunch at a local restaurant featuring grilled fish or meat, rice, salad, soup, patacones, and a hot drink.

Post-lunch return to Popayán is estimated for 6 pm.
