On the Güembé Biocentre Day Trip, you will explore a location 15 minutes from Santa Cruz de la Sierra dedicated to the protection of animals and plants. The trip commences with a hotel pickup at 10 am, followed by a journey to the Güembé Biocentre.

Upon arrival, you will learn about the centre's philosophy regarding animal welfare and its environmental education program aimed at promoting ecological conservation. The itinerary includes a walk through the park's paths, visiting attractions such as Monkey Island, the organic vegetable garden, the aviary, the butterfly house, and the orchid house. You will also have free time to enjoy the natural pools.

A lunch break will be provided at one of the onsite restaurants before returning to Santa Cruz, with a drop-off at your hotel scheduled for 5 pm.

Self-guided tour

If you prefer to explore at your own pace, the self-guided tour option is available. This includes a hotel pickup and a 2-hour talk from a local guide. The remainder of the day allows for independent exploration of the park's natural pools and lagoons.
