On this excursion to the Lomas de Arena Regional Park, a protected area of Bolivia, you'll discover a spectacular landscape formed by lagoons and sand dunes!

Lomas de Arena Regional Park Tour

We'll pick you up at your hotel at 8 am to head towards one of the most outstanding ecological environments in Bolivia. Located 7.5 miles (12 km) southeast of Santa Cruz, the Lomas de Arena Regional Park is a protected area formed by lagoons and sandbanks.

Upon arrival, we'll take a tour of the different landscapes offered by the park, which include sand dunes and forests inhabited by monkeys, sloths, and various species of endemic birds.

After the tour, we'll have a picnic lunch, followed by free time to explore or swim in one of the lagoons. You can also choose to do other activities, such as sandboarding or quad biking on the sandy dunes reaching up to 39 ft (12 meters).

Finally, we'll return by bus to Santa Cruz de la Sierra and drop you off at your hotel around 12 noon.
