Day 1
At 8 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Santa Cruz de la Sierra and set off for San José de Chiquitos. This town was established as a missionary reduction during the 17th century. Once we arrive, a tour of the town will take place, including a visit to a workshop for local handicrafts.
At 12:30 pm, we'll have a typical Chiquitano lunch with a starter and a main course. Following lunch, we'll visit the Mission Church of San José and its museum, showcasing Hispanic religious architecture.
Our day will conclude with a tour of Santa Cruz la Vieja Park, home to the ruins of the city's first foundation.
Day 2
Breakfast will be served at 7:30 am before we drive to Chochís, known for its scenic beauty and declared a site of Bolivian Cultural and Natural Heritage. Here, we'll visit the Mariano de la Torre Sanctuary, a chapel that blends into its rocky surroundings.
After exploring the local culture, we will proceed to the Los Hervores Spa, allowing for 2 hours of free time to enjoy the hot springs. Lunch will then be served in the village of Roboré.
