Explore the beautiful sites of the Algarve on a four-wheel-drive starting from Alvor and let yourself be captivated by the gorgeous landscapes that this famous region in the South of Portugal has to offer!

Algarve 4x4 Day Trip

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Alvor and the surrounding areas and embark on a 4x4 jeep tour to the Southern region of Portugal, the Algarve.

During the trip, participants will admire creeks, hills, valleys, and clearings in the Monchique area. The journey will continue along various trails and unpaved roads, leading to some of the most remote and scenic sites in the Algarve countryside.

The next destination is a distillery near Monchique, where we will learn about the production of medronho and taste this liquor made from strawberry trees. Additionally, the honey-making process will be explored.

Following this, we will visit a local restaurant for a traditional Portuguese lunch, featuring a tasting menu of specialties from the Algarve region, influenced by Mediterranean and Arabian recipes.

After lunch, we will continue exploring the Algarve areas closer to Alvor, concluding the tour with a return to your hotel at approximately 4 pm.
