Description
At the indicated time, we'll meet at Director Park, a prime location to start this guided tour around Portland. Enjoy the views of the "City of Roses" as we embark.
After meeting in the city center, we'll board a minibus and begin our route. This tour reveals the city's best-kept secrets, highlighting the contrast between elegant shops and restaurants and the natural beauty of Forest Park.
We'll stop near the Pittock mansion, built in 1914, known for its intriguing history and views of the Willamette River, mountains, and city center.
The next stop will be the International Rose Test Gardens, home to 10,000 roses. You'll have time to explore this significant garden founded in the early 20th century.
The tour will continue through Portland's main neighborhoods, focusing on the history of various bridges that cross the river, showcasing up to 14 viaducts.
After a 3-hour tour, we'll return to the initial meeting point. See you again soon!
