On this bike tour around Porto Alegre, we'll explore the city while exercising.

Description

At 9:30 am, we'll meet outside the Museu do Trabalho (Labor Museum) to begin a bike tour of Porto Alegre. We'll ride through the capital of the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul.

The route is 7 kilometers (4.3 miles) long, taking us along the banks of the Guaíba River and the Diluvio stream to the Praia de Belas neighborhood. There, we'll discuss the life of Antônio Rodrigues de Belas, after whom the neighborhood is named.

Next, we'll cycle through the historic center of Porto Alegre to Marinha do Brasil Park, a popular spot for locals, where we can enjoy the fresh air in a tranquil setting.

We'll admire the exterior of the José Pinheiro Borda stadium, known as Estádio Beira-Rio, home to the Sport Club Internacional soccer team.

At 11:30 am, the bike tour will conclude at the Pontal Shopping Center.
