Tour Details

After picking you up from your hotel in Palmas at the designated time, we'll leave behind the city and head towards the village of Taquarussu. After a 30-minute drive, we'll reach one of the most vibrant gastronomic avenues in the north of Brazil.

Our culinary journey will begin at sundown with a feast of aromas and unique flavours from the Amazonian culinary tradition. Our first stop in Taquarussu will be at a restaurant in the centre, where we'll try pirarucú, a local delicacy.

Next, we'll taste tambaqui, another popular fish served in fillets with a touch of lemon and regional herbs. There will also be exotic versions of classic dishes, such as burgers and pizzas, with local fruits and cheeses. For pasta lovers, this delicacy will be prepared with sauces made from local spices that enhance the flavours of Tocantins. Finally, a sweet dessert will include traditional pastries from Taquarussu. Enjoy your meal!

After this tour, we'll return to Palmas and we'll say our goodbyes at your hotel after a total of 3 hours.
